From The Forums: Still Not Getting Credit For Sign Ups!

One of the worst things that I experienced with Solavei was the horrible churn rate. That’s the rate of people you get to sign up that end up leaving after 30-60 days with the service. With my Spot Mobile or Red Pocket customers, I have about 5% as a normal number. With Solavei, my number was nearly 65%. Most of them just didn’t trust the service after going through the forums. Of course, now there are even more reasons to switch, like LTE speeds, Short Code SMS and even the throttled data plans that cost more. Still, as bad as my churn was, the fact that many people that I sent to my Solavei site that signed up, were never placed in my network – or worse yet, they were redirected to another page and given to someone else. Overall, I had about a 1000-1 ratio of “visitors” to “signups” with the program. With my Spot and Red Pocket users, I’m about 20-1. So, why this rant? Because on March 11, Solavei user “landsurfer” reported the same issue – almost 2 years later.

A few days ago I watched one of my co-workers use my link to switch to Solavei. Yesterday he got his SIM Card and I walked him through activation. Today in his back office it shows AnonymousVirtual as his sponsor and I had to call in to report this. I've done a ton of advertising over the span of the last 19-20 months of being with Solavei and have a whopping 8 direct sign ups and they have all been from direct face to face friends and family and none from those who have requested links be texted or emailed to them. Yet I have come across some of these exact same prospects in Solavei under different people than myself.

Is there a way to have someone on Solavei's side to double check to see if there is something coded incorrectly in regard to my affilliate link?

I'm really frustrated and tired of this process being so screwy for me.

This is the same problem that the redirect issue was giving people from the start. And support agent ”solavei_derrickh” basically blamed the user for sending his people to a promotional link that wasn’t hooked to his account. Basically, he closed it with that he was happy that the sponsorship change process is available for him to monitor his people and he was sorry if they missed anyone.

I guess I will just shake my head at this issue since it’s been around since day one. Even after they insisted that the issue never existed, 18 months into their life, people are still having the problem. Maybe they should take a more extensive look at the issue, rather than blowing off the customer and blaming them for it?
