Over the past 48 hours, I have had quite a few emails asking me why I moved from Solavei to Spot Mobile. I have to answer honestly in that I would rather save $250 a year than possibly make $500. Money that I earn that stays in my pocket is safer than money that I don’t earn possibly coming in. It’s like this, Solavei preaches the Thousandaire term, and it’s a good theory.
Many people have made a very good run with Solavei, but so far I’ve lost more people within 60 days than have stayed. Sure, I could be getting free service, and I could keep up my recruiting efforts, but where does it end? Solavei parties? Free phone giveaways? Printing more and more handouts, business cards and flyers? It costs quite a bit to be a Thousandaire… It really does…
So for me, I will take my $39.99 Spot Mobile plan and my huge savings. We I originally downsized our cellphone bill, we were spending almost $200 a month on Verizon for 2 phones… We left for Sprint and a $100 bill that quickly turned back in to $150… We left there for prepaid and eventually Solavei and the $98 bill quickly became $120. Now we are back to Spot Mobile and a low cost $80 bill – with no taxes and no fees.
We will take our $1500 a year we are saving over Verizon or the $850 a year we save with Sprint and take a vacation or something. Sure, it’s not $12,000 a year, but it’s money that’s still in my pocket right now, which is more than Solavei put in my pocket this month.
